Sinamics S120: Encoder Adjustment Tunning (only for Absolute encoder)


Encoder Adjustment

·         In the measurement type --> Encoder adjustment --> Warning dialogue box --> Assume control Priority --> Enables --> Give ON COMMAND (after sometimes automatically Disable the ON command)


·         After Encoder tuning you can see the angular commutation offset value in P431.

·         Copy Ram to rom for Saving tuning data
·         Load Drive Unit to PG for saving data in your computer
Select Drive->>Target Device->>Load drive Unit to PG

Encoder Adjustment Summary

1.       SERVO_02->> Commissioning ->> Stationary/Turning Measurement
2.       Select measurement type ->>Encoder adjustment ->> Activate measurement
3.       Enable ASSUME CONTROL PRIORITY ->>Enable->>ON->>wait for auto drive Off
4.       Copy Ram to ROM
5.       Load Drive Unit to PG
6.       SAVE project
