SINAMICS S120: STATIONARY TUNING OF SINAMICS S120



 STATIONARY Tuning of the drive


 Note: Before making any changes please save the original program backup.
  •  Go online with the drive->>load drive unit to PG->> Save.
  • Go offline- >>Project->> Archive->>Norma-l>>S7 program OK->>Save in Computer Hard disk.


Stationary measurement/Tuning

  • Go to SERVO_02->> Commissioning ->> Stationary/Turning Measurement


  • Select Stationary measurement --> Activate measurement
  • After Activation you can see this WARNING message and then close this WARNING dialogue box.
     
  • Enable ASSUME CONTROL PRIORITY Option and Accept the Dialogue box.
·         Give the enable commands and then give ON COMMAND here.

·         After sometime automatically OFF the Machine and you can see the Status No measurement, then New value in the table, after ACCEPT the new values to save the new tuned values to the drive.In some cases you must repeat the measurement.

  •         Copy Ram to ROM for Saving tuning data.
  • Load Drive Unit to PG for saving data in your computer Select Drive->>Target Device->>Load drive Unit to PG

Stationary measurement Summary

1.       SERVO_02->> Commissioning ->> Stationary/Turning Measurement
2.       Select Stationary measurement ->> Activate measurement
3.       Enable ASSUME CONTROL PRIORITY ->>Enable->>ON->>wait for auto drive Off
4.       Accept new values
5.       Copy Ram to ROM
6.       Load Drive Unit to PG
7.       SAVE project

SINAMICS S210: Reset parameters, the safety parameters und the Webserver passwords In order to erase the complete parameterization including the Safety parameterization and the Webserver passwords please proceed as follows: Create a file with the name “updater.inf” containing the text “UPDATE_FORMAT_RW 0 1” or download the file from Siemens website. updater.zip (1 KB)  Copy the file “updater.inf” onto an empty SD-Card (max. 2GB, e.g. 6SL3054-4AG00-2AA0).
